WE WORK

We offer a comprehensive service with all the necessary equipment including instruments, power drills, implants and disposable consumables (suture material, sterile drapes, gloves, and gowns).

Particular attention is paid to ensure a close relationship with you and owners at your practice, providing detailed information sheets prior to the surgery and post-operatively. We believe that an excellent outcome derives from excellent surgical skills and clear communication between surgeon and owner.

The case is referred preferably by email with a full clinical history, imaging and/or lab results when they are needed; however, emergency referrals can be made by phone call. Refer a case

A surgery estimate and preoperative information sheets are sent to the referring vet by email.

The owner is contacted by email with specific procedure information, post-operative care sheet, questionnaires, and a feedback form.

Once the surgery is complete, the surgeon will contact the owner by phone and write the clinical notes on your system.

The patient will be verbally handed over with a printed discharge form to the late vet and nurse. The assessment of the postoperative progress will be monitored with radiographs and videos.

We are also happy to provide informal second opinion and advice (free of charge) on radiographs, patients who experience delayed recovery or chronic pathologies.
